I found warm milk with psyllium helped me insantly. when i’ve had this acid stomach in the past, it stays for a very long time. After the warm milk and psyllium, i immedietly felt better and my stomach has improved since. thanks so much for this remedy. i always stayed away from milk in the past. but it has proven to be a remedy for me.

Good article. Omiprozole(ocid) helped me the most. However it is not curative and just gives relief. Do let me know a permanent cure for hyperacidity.home emedies for me have been useless.

Thanks for the information. I am just concerned in some of the remedies that you have sited. I have hyperacidity, i experience the agonizing pain that it gives you, that’s why i have consulted a doctor. The doctor told me to avoid milk and sour juices like orange juice. But in this article, most of the remedies have included milk and also one include orange juice. I’m confused. I also have read different articles about this but they also contradict each other. One said milk is the best remedy and the other milk must be avoided. I was diagnosed with acute gastritis and the doctor gave me zantac. It was very effective! But after a month, attacks came back.

sir, thank you so much for the info.. its very helpul. i would like to ask if what will be the alternative herbs, vegetables, or diet if im here in a tropical country Philippines.. pls send me guides to completely eradicate this disease! pls.
And sir, is it ok if im goin to undergo 2 weeks Cleansing Diet, by eating only raw vegetables and fruits, water, coconut water and coconut meat? Godbless and im anticipating your response to my email… thank u..
